Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Shipping Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days, credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days after processing your return. Standard shipping times apply.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Any items that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or import taxes
